Learning without Limits is a Trust with high ambitions for its learners and we are excited to be appointing a Finance Business Partner to join our team. You will have a critical role in ensuring our learners receive the education, inspiration, and support that our Trust strives to deliver.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the role will promote a culture of sustainable, evidence-based financial planning with due consideration for regulatory requirements. You will ensure that financial forecasting is accurate, transparent, and objective to allow for key decisions to be taken with a full understanding of the financial implications in the decision-making process.

To be successful in this role you will bring with you a proven track record in the setting and managing of budgets and preparing forecasts including integrated curriculum financial planning. As a business professional you will have a high level of emotional intelligence and professional curiosity allowing you to provide high quality support and expertise to a range of stakeholders, ensuring effective and sustainable resource allocation to maximise outcomes and best meet the needs of learners across the trust.

You will be based at our Trust Offices located at Lancaster Academy and Babington Academy. An integral part of our central team, you will be working alongside a variety of people in a fast paced but supportive environment and will demonstrate a willingness to go over and above in support of your colleagues.

Post Grading: Grade 10, SCP 31 to SCP 34 £45,718 - £48,710, actual salary £37,069 - £39,495 for 30 hours a week, 52 weeks a year.
