About the Role

Morley College London is seeking an inspiring, strategic, and community-focused leader to join us as Head of School for Creative Arts and Humanities at our North Kensington Centre. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering an ambitious, inclusive, and high-quality curriculum that responds to the needs of our diverse learners, local communities, and employer partners.

You will lead on curriculum innovation, quality improvement, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring the School continues to thrive as a centre of excellence for creative and humanities education across adult, further, and higher education provision, including 16–18 programmes.

About you

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader who brings both educational expertise and a passion for community impact. You will be qualified to degree level (or equivalent), hold a relevant teaching or professional qualification, and demonstrate ongoing leadership-focused professional development.

You will have a strong track record of successful management within an educational setting, with experience of leading high-quality learning environments, designing and improving curriculum, and managing staff performance to achieve organisational goals. You will bring sound knowledge of the further, adult, and higher education landscape, including funding, regulatory, inspection, and accreditation frameworks.

You will be experienced in working collaboratively with communities, employers, awarding bodies, and sector partners, and confident in managing budgets and resources effectively. Experience of, or the ability to lead, provision across adult, community, higher education, and 16–18 settings is essential.
