About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Millinery Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching across a range of millinery courses at our Waterloo Centre. The post holder will plan and deliver engaging lessons, support students in developing professional millinery skills, assess learner progress, and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

About you

You will be a skilled and experienced millinery practitioner with excellent technical knowledge and a passion for teaching. You will have experience working with a range of millinery materials and techniques and be able to inspire learners with different levels of experience and ability.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, experience of planning and delivering effective teaching, and a commitment to inclusive learning and student success. You will be a collaborative team member, dedicated to maintaining high academic standards, supporting learner achievement, and contributing to curriculum development within a dynamic creative environment.
