At Nescot, we are recruiting for a purchase ledger officer to join our small friendly busy finance department.

What we are looking for:

  • Previously worked with computerised purchase ledger systems
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Excel and Word
  • Excellent customer service skills

Duties/responsibilities:

  • Maintain the purchase ledger and cashbook expenses
  • Operate and maintain the college imprest cash float
  • Assist with preparation for internal and external audits
