At Nescot, we are recruiting for a purchase ledger officer to join our small friendly busy finance department.
What we are looking for:
- Previously worked with computerised purchase ledger systems
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Excel and Word
- Excellent customer service skills
Duties/responsibilities:
- Maintain the purchase ledger and cashbook expenses
- Operate and maintain the college imprest cash float
- Assist with preparation for internal and external audits

Nescot is graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted following its latest inspection in January 2023. Inspectors rated the College as Good in all 8 aspects. The report recognises that students “enjoy their courses and are motivated to succeed”, and benefit from “highly supportive relationships” with staff.
