St. David’s Catholic 6th Form College is a highly successful and over-subscribed Sixth Form College, providing high quality education for 16–19-year-olds primarily within Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. In its most recent inspection, the college was judged “excellent” for Standards, and “excellent” for Leadership and Management.
Following the retirement of the current Principal, the Governors of St. David’s Catholic Sixth Form College are seeking a new Principal to lead this successful and forward-looking Catholic College into the future. The college seeks an exceptional leader with the appropriate blend of skills, talents, experience, and values to become its next Principal. The successful applicant will have an unwavering commitment to excellence, an aspiration for the holistic growth of young people and the promotion of the mission of the Catholic Church in education. As such the successful candidate will be a practicing Roman Catholic in full communion with the Catholic Church.

The position is offered as a full-time role, and it attracts a salary in excess of £130,000.
