Operations Team Administrator
Salary: £34,416 – £36,522 (NJC Scale 6, Point 18–22)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (36 hours/week, 52 weeks/year)
Start Date: September 2025
Location: West Lea School, Enfield
This is a key role supporting the smooth running of our four campuses by coordinating maintenance, health and safety, and IT operations. Ideal for someone highly organised, proactive, and solution-focused.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A calm, empathetic, and emotionally intelligent approach to problem-solving
Confidence in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with facilities, health and safety, or IT systems (desirable)
