Location: West Lea School (across four campuses)

Salary: MPS1–UPS5 (Outer London), depending on experience, plus £2,679 SEN Allowance

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

At West Lea School, we are one school across four campuses with a shared purpose – to help our learners build independence and confidence throughout their educational journey. Whether you're a teacher or a member of the support team, in the classroom or beyond, you’ll be part of a collaborative and inclusive community.

The golden thread that connects all our campuses is a commitment to inclusive, needs-led teaching. We take a joined-up approach to relationships, behaviour, and learning – and we’re proud to support every learner to achieve their full potential.

We are currently seeking an inspiring SEN PE Teacher to join our team at the Primary campus. You’ll play a key role in delivering a dynamic and accessible PE curriculum that supports physical development, wellbeing, and confidence for pupils with special educational needs.

What we’re looking for:

A passionate and adaptable PE teacher with experience or strong interest in SEN

Someone who thrives in a team, leads with enthusiasm, and motivates learners

A commitment to holistic education and creating inclusive learning experiences

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a forward-thinking school that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous development.

Please note:

We review applications on a rolling basis and may contact candidates before the closing date. Early applications are strongly encouraged.
