The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive team player with proven excellent organisational skills to lead our busy Reprographics department. The role will include ensuring all printing and finishing for the college is completed correctly, proofreading undertaken and work completed within deadlines. The successful candidate will also administer the reprographic budget, produce print usage reports and line management of one Reprographics Print Operator.
The successful candidate must have a positive attitude and calm manner along with the ability to prioritise and deal with a demanding workload. They must demonstrate a good standard of numeracy and literacy, along with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe applications.

The Person
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years proven experience in reprographic management, with strong organisational and time management skills. Proficiency in using reprographic equipment and related software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to lead and motivate a team.
Experience in managing budgets and stock control, with commitment to providing a high-quality reprographic service.
