We are looking for a Workplace Reviewer to join our Employer Engagement team, an exciting new role which will involve supporting our apprentices both in college and in the workplace through a dedicated and flexible approach to working to ensure high levels of achievement and satisfaction for our learners. This will involve travelling within a 50 mile radius of the college to our apprenticeship employers to complete 6 weekly reviews.   

Working closely with the assessor for the apprentice, you will ensure they achieve their qualification in the allotted time scale to the best of their ability. You will develop the wider skills and Maths & English of each apprentice and challenge both Apprentice and Employer to ensure timely completion of Apprenticeship programmes.

To be considered for this role it is essential that you can demonstrate the following: 

  • You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  • Be highly organised and able to manage your own time effectively.  
  • You will need to hold a full driving licence and have access to your own vehicle (mileage will be paid).
  •  Awareness of Apprenticeships.
  •  Experience of working within education, developing and supporting learners to achieve.
  • Proven background in successfully working as part of a team.
  •  Educated to at least GCSE level or equivalent with English and Maths at C/4 or above.
  • Good level of IT skills.

Salary: £22,052 - £22,943 FTE depending on qualifications and experience

Full time, 37 hours per week, all year round. Substantial part time hours will be considered for the right candidate.
