In this role, you’ll be instrumental in delivering top-tier customer service and bespoke training solutions to employers in sectors like Construction, Engineering, and Health. You’ll take ownership of developing and nurturing relationships with key employers, ensuring their training needs are met and driving the college’s growth and profitability. By working closely with stakeholders, you’ll manage accounts to provide a smooth and impactful experience from learner onboarding through to the delivery of tailored training programs. Your role will also involve actively seeking new business opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to exceed targets for Apprenticeships, Adult Skills Fund, and commercial training solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference, ensuring employers receive the highest quality training support while contributing to Yeovil College’s success.

What we're looking for:

• Significant experience working in a fast-paced, customer focussed environment

• Proven relationship and account management experience

• Demonstrated success in business development/account management and the ability to communicate effectively at a senior level.

• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• A strong awareness of the importance of first-class internal and external customer care.

• Grade 4 qualification in English and Maths, or equivalent.

• A highly collaborative team player.

Full driving licence and access to car
