As part of our ambitious growth strategy, you’ll be at the heart of our efforts to enhance and grow our presence in the Midlands. No prior dental knowledge is needed – we’ll provide you with the training to gain essential qualifications to ensure you can support our apprentices to achieve greatness.

As a Workplace Reviewer, you’ll build strong relationships with apprentices, employers, and internal teams, guiding apprentices every step of the way through their journey. You’ll help them stay on track, conduct progress reviews, and ensure they meet the highest standards of achievement. You’ll also have the chance to offer tailored advice and make a real, lasting difference in their professional development. What we're looking for:
- Previous experience of supporting learners in an education or training environment.
- Educated to at least GCSE Level 4 or equivalent in English and Maths.
- The ability to work successfully within a team.
- A passion for teaching and learning.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Candidates must have a full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.

- Annual Salary: £11,250 [FTE £22,500]
- Part-time position, 18.5 hours per week, all year round.
