Love Projects? Love Progress? You’ll Love Being an Estates & Project Co-ordinator at Yeovil College
Turning plans into progress — one brick at a time.
Are you the kind of person who thrives in a high-vis vest, has a sharp eye for deadlines, and finds joy in a perfectly organised site schedule? Then hold onto your hard hat — Yeovil College is calling!
Something big is happening at Yeovil College, and no, it’s not just a new coat of paint. We’re talking The Big Build — a bold, bricks-and-mortar transformation of our entire campus. Shiny new buildings. Modern learning spaces. Facilities that impress before you even step foot inside.
But big things need capable hands — and that’s where you come in.
As our new Estates and Project Co-ordinator, you’ll:
- Work shoulder-to-clipboard with contractors, staff, and stakeholders to keep the Big Build on track.
- Keep the moving parts in sync—deliveries, schedules, logistics—so the whole machine runs like clockwork
- Ensure the smooth flow of people, equipment, and ideas—keeping operations efficient and organised.
- Support the Head of Infrastructure on key campus initiatives, while keeping day-to-day student life running smoothly
What you bring:
- Project delivery experience
- Laser-sharp organisational skills.
- A strong communicator with natural interpersonal and diplomacy skills
- English and Maths at Grade 4 (or equivalent)
What we offer in return:
- £26,790 per year
- 30 days holiday, plus Christmas shutdown and bank holidays.
- A mighty 18.9% employer pension contribution
- Discounts, free gym access, and free parking
- A workplace where your impact will be as lasting as the buildings you help create.
