You’ll play a key role in ensuring that every student receives the right support to succeed — managing assessments, coordinating processes, and helping us maintain the high standards our college is known for. Working closely with our Exams Assessor, parents, and internal staff, you’ll ensure that “normal ways of working” are understood and applied effectively when assessing for Exam Access Arrangements. As part of our small and friendly SEND team, you’ll share our passion for promoting independence and achieving the best outcomes for every learner. You’ll provide an outstanding service to students, staff, and stakeholders while contributing to the continuous development of our EAA provision, departmental plans, and the college’s wider strategic aims. What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in an admin role, ideally with experience of SEND.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Level 2 English and Maths, or willingness to work towards.
- Effective time management skills to prioritise workload.
- Respectful of learner’s personal needs and maintain confidentiality at all times.
