As part of a supportive and committed curriculum team, you’ll play an important role in helping us maintain excellent assessment practice, drive ongoing improvements, and meet both awarding body requirements and Yeovil College quality standards. You will also be responsible for supporting audits and external quality visits and strengthening our provision through continuous improvement.

What we're looking for:

Level 4 Internal Quality Assurance qualification (IQA Award or equivalent) and a recognised Dental Nursing qualification (e.g., NEBDN Diploma).

Strong knowledge of awarding body requirements, sector regulations, and IQA best practice.

Excellent understanding of assessment principles, with the ability to ensure fair, consistent, and high-quality decisions.

Confident in providing constructive feedback, supporting young people, and driving continuous improvement.

Highly organised, collaborative, and an effective communicator, with strong documentation and teamwork skills.
