Yeovil College is excited to launch a brand-new role as a Project Office Co-ordinator. Working closely with our Vice Principal for Infrastructure and Projects, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal part in our £60 million campus redevelopment – a once-in-a-generation transformation that will redefine education in the region. If you’re organised, proactive and thrive in fast-paced environments, we want to hear from you!

As the Project Office Co-ordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the College’s Big Build project, a flagship initiative led by the Department for Education to transform and replace our core teaching facilities. You'll be a vital member of the College’s Project Team, helping to manage the day-to-day impact of the build on College operations. Working alongside the Vice Principal Infrastructure and Projects, you'll coordinate meetings, track project actions, and support communications across multiple stakeholders. From handling key admin tasks and maintaining project records, to helping manage budgets and supporting strategic priorities, this is a rare chance to contribute to a landmark national project and help shape the future of education in Somerset. Apply now to join the journey and be part of something special at Yeovil College.

• Proven experience in project coordination within a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent attention to detail, able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining quality and budget standards.

• Skilled in planning and scheduling work around multiple constraints, with flexibility and creativity in problem-solving.

• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships across all levels of an organisation.

• Strong computer skills with the ability to prioritise and manage a changing workload.

What we offer:

• Annual Salary: £28,455 - £32,204

• Full time position, 37 hours per week, all year round.

• Generous pension scheme of 18.9% employer contributions

• Staff discount scheme with high street and online retailers

• Opportunities for professional development and career growth
