About the Role
The Henley College is seeking a creative and motivated Events & Marketing Officer to join our Marketing, Communications and Engagement team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in promoting the College to prospective students, parents, schools, alumni, and the wider community.
You will be responsible for the planning and delivery of College events, creating engaging marketing communications, and supporting the College’s digital presence. From producing social media content and updating the website, to coordinating recruitment events and developing alumni activities, this is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same.
This role is ideal for a highly organised and creative individual who is passionate about events, marketing, and community engagement.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone with creativity, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication. The ideal candidate will have:
- Knowledge of marketing principles and audience engagement
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A full UK Driving Licence
- Training or certification in digital marketing, social media or graphic design
- Experience with website content management systems
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience in photography, videography or content editing
- Previous marketing experience within an educational setting

Salary: £26,550.00 pa
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent, 37 hours a week
