HR Manager

Location: Henley on Thames

Salary: £52,440 per annum

Contract Type: Full Time Permanent, 37 hours per week.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager to lead and develop our HR team at The Henley College. This office-based role focuses on delivering a high quality HR service that ensures compliance with statutory obligations and supports the College’s strategic aims. You will help foster an inclusive and positive workplace through effective HR practices and professional guidance – helping us deliver the very best experience for our staff and students.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced HR professional who enjoys making a real difference and values being part of a supportive and collaborative team. You will bring;

• Extensive HR management experience, ideally gained in education or a similarly complex organisation.

• Proven experience in managing and continuously improving an effective HR service.

• Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.

• Experience leading and developing a successful HR team.

• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.

• The ability to build trusted, professional relationships across the College community.
