As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with a number of students who need a little extra help. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' educational journeys and contribute to a positive, inclusive college culture.

- Have a proven ability to support young students with diverse needs
- Build positive, respectful relationships with students
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a clear commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
- Confidently support students in the classroom
- Be a reliable and proactive team player who works collaboratively with staff across the College
- Show a strong commitment to ongoing professional development and upholding the College’s values and policies

Location: Henley on Thames
Salary: £23,654.00 full time, pro rata to £16,790.37
Contract Type: Part Time, 32.5 hours a week, 36 weeks a year
