The Henley College are looking for an experienced Teacher of Functional Skills Maths to join our team on a temporary basis (from 22nd April till the end of term).
You'll be teaching Pearson Edexcel Level 1 Mathematics.

Essential Criteria
- Teaching qualification
- Degree in the relevant field or substantial experience
- Commitment to active and student-centred learning
- Commitment to keeping up-to-date with educational developments affecting the work of the College
- Energy, enthusiasm and the ability to communicate effectively with students and staff
- Well-developed organisational skills
- The work collaboratively with a committed team of teachers and support staff
Terms of Employment
- Tenure of post: Temporary
- Hours of work: Monday - Wednesday and Friday (0.33 FTE) Monday 11:15am-12:15pm, Tuesday 9am-11am, Wednesday 12:15pm-1:15pm & 2pm-4pm and Friday 10:10am-12:10am
- Start Date: 22nd April 2025
- Annual leave: 66 days per leave year (from 1 September to 31 August) (pro - rated for Part time)
- Salary: The salary will be on the Henley College Teachers’ Spine from £28,024.00 up to £44,215.00 per annum (pro - rated for part time)
