About the Role
The Henley College is seeking passionate and dedicated Teachers of Politics with Business to join our experienced and supportive academic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire and educate ambitious students aged 16–19 as they prepare for university, apprenticeships, and future careers in a competitive and fast-changing world.
As a Teacher at Henley, you will deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that stretch and challenge learners. You will also support students’ academic progress and personal development through one-to-one guidance, progress tracking, and collaboration with colleagues and parents.
We are looking for a subject specialist who are excited to make a difference, embrace continuous professional development, and contribute to the wider life of the College through enrichment and marketing activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for either experienced teachers or early-career professionals.

Salary: £29,576.00 - £46,647.00 (pro rata for part time)
