Exclusively available to our Premium customers, you can now access comprehensive data on candidate sourcing across all channels, alongside vital recruitment metrics such as Time to Fill and Cost per Hire. Delve into granular details with a single click, or apply customisable filters for precise insights - leveraging real-time performance analytics that improve your campaigns and increase ROI.

Online Referencing Feature
We know how much time can be lost to chasing references. Our online Reference Request feature, now available for all Premium customers, makes collecting and chasing references effortless.
All reference details for a particular candidate can be seen in one easy-to-access tab, providing transparency for all team members. Stay fully informed about your candidates’ references at every stage, with referee statuses available at a glance in your Recruiting Pipeline.
What’s more, you’re able to request references at the click of a button, with automated emails sent to referees with uncompleted forms after 3 days of inactivity – no more manual chasing!
With smooth, automated communication and reference data collated in one central view, getting the hiring information you need quickly has never been easier.
Broadcast your job vacancies across multiple platforms
We are building the complete education recruitment network, enhancing the promotion of your job vacancies and reaching an even a wider audience. You can now broadcast your vacancies to other platforms including the Government's Teaching Vacancies and Find A Job platforms, TotalJobs, Reed and more. Don't forget to utilise our job templates for maximum exposure on Google For Jobs too.
We understand those hard to fill roles need to reach the widest possible audience, which is why we facilitate this directly through your FEjobs platform saving your team the time of multiple postings. If you have local job boards you would like added to our education recruitment network, please let your Customer Success Manager know.
CES-approved online application form and ATS for Catholic schools
We’re proud to offer our Catholic school partners a CES-approved online application form, expertly tailored to their specific recruitment needs.
Combining the ease of use of our online application form with the additional requirements for Catholic school recruitment ensures that Catholic schools and colleges have a secure, all-in-one recruitment solution while eliminating lengthy, paper forms. This fully bespoke form matches CES requirements for equal opportunities monitoring and allows the collection of required religious references.
Candidates applying for positions in Catholic education institutions will benefit from a mobile friendly and intuitive application process, leading to a higher number of completed applications.

Credit Card Payments
We've streamlined the process for utilising and paying for our services by incorporating Stripe payment gateway software.
In addition to standard invoicing, you now have the convenience of making instant, secure card payments for services, including Enhancement packages and job board promotions.
Right to Work in the UK Updates
We've implemented updates to the right to work in the UK question on all UK clients' online application forms. Now, the question "Do you currently have the right to work in the UK?" will be displayed to all candidates, regardless of their country of birth.
Additionally, for non-British candidates who have the right to work in the UK, we've introduced an updated question to ensure clarity and compliance with current terminology.
For our UK clients, the option to auto-disqualify candidates who do not have the right to work in the UK is available. This feature can be especially useful for schools and colleges that are unable to offer work visas for international candidates. You can easily set this up in the Recruiting Pipeline section under Account Settings.
Candidate Navigation Enhancements
We've revamped the candidate slider within the vacancy kanban by introducing 'Next' and 'Previous' buttons. These buttons allow you to seamlessly navigate between different candidate profiles without exiting the candidate slider. Whether you're reviewing 'Qualified' or 'Disqualified' candidates, you can now move through them effortlessly, ensuring a focused and efficient candidate review process.
Vacancy Management Improvements
Based on valuable client feedback, we've made updates to our vacancy filtering feature on the Client Portal. Two new filtering options have been introduced:
Career Group Filter: This filter enables you to focus on vacancies relevant to teaching/lecturing, leadership/management, or support/non-teaching roles.
Phase Filter: Narrow down your search to vacancies within specific educational phases.
Once selected, these filters remain active across all vacancy types, enhancing efficiency and streamlining your browsing experience. Additionally, you can now sort by Created Date in either ascending or descending order. The accuracy of Created and Published dates has also been improved based on vacancy status.
Coming soon: Onboarding and Safeguarding Module
We’re combining the power of our ATS with our Onboarding and Safeguarding module to streamline your compliance procedures and support safer recruitment.
All documentation will be centralised and stored in one online platform – ready to export and share with your team and Ofsted in just a few clicks. This will mean it’s easier than ever for all school members to check and review essential information that’s crucial for supporting the safety of students, as well as enhancing your compliance process.
